The Technopreneurship Investment Fund (TIF) was designed to catalyze the development of a vibrant PE industry in Singapore, by drawing more PE activities into Singapore, establishing relationships and networks with, and seeking knowledge transfer from, top-tier PE managers worldwide.

TIFV's global investment network has helped to bring fund investee companies into Singapore/Asia and also to introduce promising Singapore start-ups into the respective markets they operate in, thus establishing in Singapore a more robust enterprise ecosystem. To-date, the Company has invested in over 100 leading global PE funds, spanning the U.S., Europe and Asia. Besides partnering with these funds to achieving superior returns, TIFV also provide value add services by introducing local/regional investors to these investee funds for future fundraising activities.

To develop the local indigenous PE industry, TIFV has seeded, supported and invested in local PE funds, some of which are first-time funds. Most of these first-time funds have struck up relations and strategic alliances with overseas VCs to extend their network and develop their own niche strategies and markets.
